Hello China - 7 days in Pictures
Good Evening Guys ! ♥
Well - last week I safely arrived in Shanghai. The last week was so busy we didn't even have time to go sightseeing ! Shanghai is so huge that every thing you want to do just takes too much time. Our feet and our legs hurt everyday... Everyone is shocked when we tell them that we didn't go shopping or clubbing ... ;; but we really had more important stuff to do - like lookingfor a flat, moving in and so on. Here are some pictures of my first week in Shanghai. Now I'll start to blog more frequently about my daily life in amazing Shanghai ! ♥

We arrived in Shanghai at 8 o'clock am. We managed to stay awake the whole day ! We got some chinese cellphone numbers, our metro ticket and exchanged our money.
On that day we began our search for a flat. It's really hard to find a beautiful one for 4 persons. At the end of the day we were very desperate and sad.
At the beginning of that day we had quite some luck. We managed to get a way to expensive flat for a very cheap price. In the evening we went out to eat some Sushi at Super Brand Mall in Pudong (crazy name haha) That was the first time I was able to see Shanghais amazing Skyscrapers.26+27.08.2012
On sunday Meiling and I just did nothing. Our bodys were so tired that we just spent the whole day in our bed. Due to Meilings issues with some kind of bug-bite we went to a chinese hospital which was very exciting ! She got lots of chinese medicine and now she feels pretty good again. : )
On Tuesday we finally moved in our new flat. After buying some cleaning stuff we went to Ikea. No I know - if I ever feel homesick, I'll go there. Being there feels just like being home haha. We bought things like pillows, blankets, plates, cups, pans etc. In the evening we just found the time to clean our rooms.
Yesterday we cleaned the whole flat which seemed endlessly ! The two pictures at the bottom show our new home. The first one is my room from the inside and the sceond one is our home from the outside.
Today we bought some last stuff for our flat. In the evening we went to a local gamecenter. We had so much fun there ! I shot down some evil soldiers and won an illegal race through Beijing !
At the end of the post I'll show you the view out of our livingroom. At the bottom you can see Suzhou River. In the next post I'll show you our new flat - be prepared. It really isn't suited for students haha ! It's so beuatiful ! ♥
